After approximately one year of L2 ownership, the County and L2 negotiated a 25,000 s/f lease expansion. The County now occupies the former Stater Bros. market after an extensive build-to-suit was completed.

Planning/Construction/Lease-highlights
All lease agreements, legal issues, design, construction and management functions were handled in house by L2. L2’s Single Source approach made the process for the County simpler.

Financing for the expansion was provided by the LLC and the project is now complete.
