I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much myself and my staff have noticed and appreciate the improvements you have made at the Hemet DPSS Building.

I have been with DPSS almost 18 years, with most of that time in the Hemet location and this is the first time we have experienced such a responsive and "visionary" landlord as yourself.

Since we spend nine hrs a day here and serve many community members, I wanted to make sure you know how much these improvements positively impact us, our customers and our department's image.
