Nathan Leanse, Board Member
Nathan Leanse has an enduring appreciation for investment in California real estate, a proven record of identifying properties poised for growth, and a network of solid relationships in the financial, development and leasing industries. He founded Leed Properties in 1972 with a ground-up development of six 50,000-square-foot buildings in City of Industry. Recognizing the market opportunities of transitional properties, he later shifted the corporate focus to capitalize on leveraged transactions. Through 2007, Mr. Leanse has negotiated more than 165 leases, created 26 single-purpose real estate entities, and constructed 54 office and industrial buildings totaling 5.8 million square feet. Mr. Leanse is a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School.
