Elizabeth Leanse, President
L2 owner Elizabeth is an attorney and a licensed real estate broker, who has overseen the acquisition and development of more than 1 million square feet of office, retail, restaurant and warehouse space in Southern California. She is a seasoned advocate of investment transparency and financial accountability.
After graduating from Stanford University, Elizabeth earned her law degree at Pepperdine. She worked as a coordinator in the office of architect Richard Meier during the design-development phase of the Getty Center, and later ran the studio of the late, internationally acclaimed sculptor Robert Graham during his creation of the Frank Delano Roosevelt Memorial in Washington, D.C. and Duke Ellington Memorial in New York.
As a volunteer lawyer for Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles, Elizabeth is the 2010 recipient of the “Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award,” which is given with a Certificate of Recognition from the California State Legislature. She received the State Bar of California “Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services” for the years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. She is a determined tennis player.
