Debra Chafe, Controller / CPA
Debra brings extensive experience in the financial reporting of real estate entities to L2 Development. She oversees the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting of the company’s properties.

Before joining L2, Debra was a Senior Audit Manager at Holthouse, Carlin & Van Trigt LLP where she planned and performed audits for commercial real estate clients.

Debra also managed a wide range of financial reporting services, including reviews and compilations for closely held entities.  She performed agreed-upon procedure engagements to assist individuals and small businesses in documenting internal controls and accounting procedures, and provided recommendations for improvement.   

Debra received her BA in business administration from California State University, Long Beach.
